If you encounter any issues while using CEE Fare Builder, please contact the administrators at helpdesk@cee-systems.com.

When reporting a problem, be prepared to provide the following details:

  • Description of the problem

  • Detailed steps of the working process that led to the issue

  • Content of the Communication Window Text Box (use Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V to copy)

  • PNR Record Locator associated with the issue

  • Fare Builder version (visible in the application header)

  • Screenshot of the incorrect application response, if available
