* Description of the problem
* Detailed steps of the working process that led to the issue
* Content of the Communication Window Text Box (use Ctrl-A, Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V to copy)
* PNR Record Locator associated with the issue
* Fare Builder version (visible in the application header)
* Screenshot of the incorrect application response, if available
