What features are included in Itinerary+?

Itinerary+ extends the standard itinerary functionality with additional paid features, while also benefiting from several free enhancements available to all users.

Paid features (Itinerary+)

  • Premium email and itinerary templates Access professionally designed templates for emails and itineraries. For maximum email-client compatibility, a plain-text email body can be used alongside templates.

  • Calendar (.ics) file attachment Optionally include a calendar file with outgoing itineraries so trips can be easily added to calendar applications. Note: In the free version, the calendar attachment is mandatory.

  • EK Transfer Service support (SUR segment) Full support for Emirates transfer services displayed correctly in itineraries.

  • EMD number in SSR Displays the EMD document number in SSR, useful during check-in and as proof of purchased ancillary services.

  • Trip Manager customization Customize the Trip Manager link label and domain name to align with your brand.

  • Airline logos on itineraries Automatically display airline logos for improved visual clarity.

  • Server-side banner storage with direct upload Upload and manage itinerary banners directly on the server.

  • Send itineraries by email without preview Streamline workflows by emailing itineraries directly without displaying the itinerary beforehand.

  • On-board meal and flight distance information Display information about on-board meals and flight distances directly in the itinerary.

  • Barcodes Automatically generate and display barcodes in itineraries for compliance and operational use.

What is the price for the Itinerary+ version?

  • The pricing for the Itinerary+ version is USD 110 per PCC per year.

How can I order CEE Itinerary+?

  • To place an order for CEE Itinerary+, you can access the Order Form by clicking on the following linkarrow-up-right. Alternatively, the Order Form can be accessed directly from the Itinerary plugin.

Is the Itinerary compatible with the New Outlook?

The current method of our plugin's interaction with Outlook is not compatible with the New Outlook. We recommend using the classic Outlook version to maintain full functionality, or alternatively, itineraries can be sent via SMTP or Gmail. We are committed to ensuring a seamless experience and are actively working to update our plugin for full compatibility with the New Outlook
