# Edit Itinerary email in Outlook

If you use installed Outlook client for the sending of the Itinerary, you can use PREVIEW/EDIT option to adjust the content of the email before sending it to the customer. Please remember that the content of the pdf file attachment remains unchanged.

Use Preview/Edit button to open draft of the email.

Just to give you an idea here is a simple example of the modification:

Here is how you can remove the segment from the Itinerary email body.
