# GOL IBE - How to handle bookings with clients

1. Once your clients finish booking process there will appear neutral „thank you“ sentence.&#x20;

2. Additionaly to it, there will be simple notification sent to your client. Such notification will be without PNR and any attachment.

&#x20;      *The aim of such notification is to block abusers to abuse any PNR and to avoid of frauds.*

3. Usual notification with all details will be delivered only to you ( agency).

&#x20;       *Yes, notification with PNR and ticket itinerary attached.*

&#x20;What does this mean for you?&#x20;

* Once you receive notification about created booking, it will be your(agency) turn to contact client and verify if it is real person or some robot „abuser“.
* This time we recommend to discuss payment menthod and other details with your client.
* Next steps are totally up to you. In case you will see it is a real client you may provide right away your client with complete notification /w attached ticket itinerary. You may simply resend it from your mailbox.

&#x20;     Or you may skip this step. It is totally up to you how you will feel it.

* As soon as client proceeds with payment, you provide client with flight ticket, as usually.&#x20;
