# How to create a service fee?

You may create as many service fees as you wish in the section Prices - Service fee.

1\) Log into the admin console.

2a) If you are **an agency** go to **Prices > Service fees - agency.**

2b) If you are **a dealer** go to **Prices  > Service fees - dealer .**

Below you will find step by step instructions how to create a new service fee

**1) ADD A RULE** - just click at **Add a service** fee button 

**2) DEALER** -If you are an agency, choose the Dealer the rule should apply for. ( If you are the Dealer just choose your agency).

**3) CONNECTOR** - always choose connector Galielo 

**4) VALIDITY** 

**a) Generally valid** - if you would like to keep the rule valid for all your clients

**b) Valid for chosen one** - you have an option to choose one client of yours from the list of registered customers.

**5) ORIGIN -** here you may specify the origin the rule should apply for. Just choose from the list of options system offers you.

**6) DESTINATION** - here you may specify the destination the rule should apply for. Just feel free to choose from the list of options system shows.

**7) CABIN CLASS** -  here you may specify cabin class the rule should apply for. Just feel free to choose from the list of options system shows.

**8) FEE -**  here you should specify the type and the height of fee for the rule you just create. 

**9) SERVICE FEE FOR INFANT** - here you may specify the height and type of fee if you decide to charge this type of traveller.
