# How to manage section working hours exceptions?

**What is this section used for?**\
In this section, you can define exceptions to the standard working hours set in **Working Hours Exceptions** (e.g., to specify public holidays and other days when your agency is closed).

**How to Set Up Exceptions:**

1. Log in to your GOL IBE account.
2. Go to **Agency - Working Hours Exceptions**.

3\) Click the **Add Exception** button.

* If you set only a date, your agency will be closed for the entire day.
* If you set a time (From - To), you limit your working hours on that specific day to the defined period.

4\) Create a rule.

5\) Save changes.

Rules are created on a day-by-day basis. So, if you want to create a rule for 3 days, you will need to create the rule three times. Below is an example of a rule created for 3 consecutive days, specifying that from July 1st to July 3rd, your working hours will follow this schedule.
