# How to manage travel documents in GOL IBE?

You may want to require different types of documents from your clients. GOL IBE enables you to manage DOCs. 

**How to get to this section in GOL IBE?** 

1\) Log into admin console.

2\) Go to the section **Agency - Agency detail - Change settings.**

3\) Scroll to the section called **TRAVEL DOCUMENT INFORMATION - DOCS.**

You may choose from 2 options.

**1) DOB required only by**

In this section you specify for which entered country you will require DOB (Date Of Birth).

This choice is possible to combine with carriers requiring only DOB.

If you would to make these information mandatory just tick box **Mandatory**.

**Mandatory** = client will not be able to finish booking process without entering these details into the form.

**2) DOB + passport number required by**&#x20;

In this section you specify for which entered country you will require DOB (Date Of Birth) and also passport details.

This choice is possible to combine with carriers requiring only DOB.

If you would to make these information mandatory just tick box **Mandatory**.

**Mandatory** = client will not be able to finish booking process without entering these details into the form.
