# Informative pricing

If you wish to receive a new Fare calculation for information purpose only, it is necessary to create **new segments in TCP Exchanges & Refunds service**. Informative segments are not stored in the PNR but can be booked by TCP Exchanges & Refunds service upon your confirmation.

Example. Passengers would like to travel on 16MAR from PRG to CDG but they are not decided yet. They would like to know whether the Fare would be the same and only the penalty would be collected. It is possible to book new segment(s) here in TCP Exchanges & Refunds service, and if the change is agreed by the passenger, to confirm it and remove the original segment(s).

The first step is to click on *EDIT* and then on *ADD*.

You can enter the new date, origin and destination, carrier and optionally via Point.

Availability will be displayed:

You can select the flight and booking class by clicking on the number of seats and confirm your choice:

Here you can see 2 original segments from the PNR and a new informative segment. Click on *DONE* for confirmation. The other buttons (ADD, REMOVE, CHECK ALL) are for the informative segments only.

Follow the standard procedure. Select the segments for the new Fare calculation.

If the passenger agrees with the additional collection, you can confirm informative segment(s) which will be booked at this time.

You can also cancel the unused segment(s). It is necessary to check boxes next to the segment that should be removed and click on *REMOVE*.

You must select segments, click on *REMOVE* and then you can issue a ticket.

The PNR is changed, a new segment is added and the original segment is cancelled:
