# TCP Exchanges & Refunds service in non-IATA agencies

TCP Exchanges & Refunds service can be also used by non-IATA agencies in case the agency has **selective access** with an IATA agency – agreement 34 – on both sides and can display e-tickets.

Non-IATA agencies can calculate new tickets and prepare and store Filed fares and Exchange masks in the PNR. The IATA agency can only open the PNR and complete the exchange process using the >TKP< entry.
