# Refund of already exchanged ticket

Here is the example of the refund:

Original ticket:

Ticket to be refunded:

PNR has been already cancelled:

TCP will extract all information from the ticket including all paid taxes, only cancellation charge must be added manually:

If some tax is non refundable the agent can unticked (unmarked) it manually as well.

Then the refund is calculated automatically and TRNE mask is filled by TCP.
