# Load a ticket by number

For exchanges of totally unused tickets before departure, it is also possible to use a brand new PNR where the original ticket has not been issued. Then the ticket number must be entered manually via the *LOAD TICKET BY NUMBER* field.

1\. Click on *LOAD TICKET BY NUMBER*:

2\. Enter the ticket number:

3\. Once the ticket is found, click on *ADD*:

4\. The ticket is added to the new PNR and you can continue with the exchange:

You can display the ticket by clicking on "i"<img src="/files/-M85_rc56rS9tXzn6rWn" alt="" data-size="line">:

Click on *EXCHANGE* to start the exchange process. TCP Exchanges & Refunds service will offer 4 exchange options.
