9. HOTEL CONTENT
Accommodate your customers!
Would you like to offer also hotel accommodation on your GOL IBE web ?
Good decision!
We may offer you two ways of connecting to hotel content.
1) We provide you with our CEE licence we have for hotel content.
Please be aware that there are 2 conditions for enabling of such content on your frontend:
Online payment gateway
Deposit in the amount of 5000 EUR
2) You have your own licence.
Please be aware that the only condition for enabling of such content on your frontend is:

Why do we require deposit ?
Customer always pays for any hotel reservation to you so the money is paid directly to your side , not to CEE. In case you would own your own license, we still insist on small deposit fee as we do deduct small fee for every single transaction made via your GOL IBE web.
This is the reason why each agency has to have inserted some deposit on their GOL IBE wallet.
Actually, in the same time when money is paid by client to your account the same amount is deducted from your GOL IBE wallet in admin console. This is the way how we get the money back to us.
Why it is neccessary to have online payment gateway?
Hotel provider requires instant payments.
There is no other way how clients could proceed with payment for their bookings.
What happens after the booking is paid and made?
In case booking is confirmed back, customer receives hotel voucher.
In the same moment when customer pays to your account, there is a deposit fee deducted from your Hotel wallet .
On one hand, customer pays directly to you and on the other hand you pay directly to us.
The amount paid by customer to your account is immediately deducted from Hotel wallet.
How to check out Hotel wallet in admin console ?
Every agency that offers hotel content receives a rights to the section that is called Payment limits.
You will find it in section Prices - Payment limits in admin console.
If you click through it, you will get to your GOL IBE deposit account. Feel free to click at button called "DETAIL".
There you will find a section for your further explorations.
1) Allowed amount - this is the actual status of your Hotel wallet.
2) Critical amount - this is a critical amount set up on your Hotel wallet.
In case the amount on your Hotel wallet will reach this critical amount our system will send you a notification about this fact.
On base of this notification you are welcome to contact us with request to issue another invoice for increasing the amount on your GOL IBE wallet.
As soon as that invoice for additional top up would be paid by you and the money would get on our side, we would top up your Hotel wallet and confirm this fact to you.
3) History - here you have a chance to check out transaction history.
There is a hyperlink under each reservation ID (in our example it is hidden due to security reasons). But actually you may click through each reservation ID hyperlink and check out easily what was any booking about.
