Application Setup
Application Startup
Group processor can be triggered either from Smartpoint issuing #GRP command, or directly from optional desktop icon or Windows menu. When starting the application via the desktop or Start Menu, Smartpoint (with Viewpoint) must be running and the user must be signed in.
Application Initialization
When a user launches the Group Processor for the first time, the application creates a personalized gp.ini configuration file in the user's profile, with default parameters. This allows multiple agents sharing the same PC to maintain individual settings such as:
Phone contact information
Default remarks
Other fixed data
After this initialization, the program proceeds to the Setup screen.
