Item Description

  • Input Data Editable text box containing the source Group PNR data. Once the booking process begins, this field transforms into a Terminal window displaying communication with the host system.

  • Load PNR from Clipboard Updates the Input Data box with the contents of the Windows clipboard.

  • Select Airline / System Dropdown list for selecting the system (e.g., 1A, EK, TK...) used to decode the PNR.

  • OK Status indicator for PNR decoding. Displays OK if no errors are found, or shows an error message otherwise.

  • Process Booking Starts the group booking process. This button is disabled if PNR decoding errors are detected.

  • Booking Status Code The segment booking code (e.g., YK for QS/LH SPRK, AK for others). This can be changed manually for the current booking.

  • Name List Displays the list of passenger names. This field is not editable. The total number of passengers appears in the header.

  • Nbr of Pax Number of passengers (excluding infants). Value is read-only and cannot be modified here.

  • Vendor Locator The PNR locator code. This is displayed for information only.

  • Group Name The name of the group. Not editable for systems 1A, EK, QS, and 1S. For TK and LH (SPRK), this must be entered manually.

  • Phone Contact Phone number included in the Galileo BF Phone field. Required if marked as mandatory and no default is defined in the Setup.

  • Setup button Opens the Setup screen, where you can configure default values and preferences. The User Guide is also accessible from this screen.

  • Notification Optional free-text note added to the Galileo BF.

  • RULA Code Optional RULA entry in the format PCC/VALUE or VALUE only. Pre-filled from the default in Setup, but can be modified.

  • Host Command Optional transaction code executed before the booking starts. May be required depending on the Setup. This field must be filled manually for each booking and is not syntax-checked.

  • Flight List Displays the list of flight segments to be booked. If more than five flights are present, a vertical scrollbar appears. Flights with parsing errors are highlighted and marked with ERROR. At least one valid flight segment is required to start booking.
