Balance Tab

The Balance tab displays wallet totals and allows instant credit transfers.

Organization Wallet

Stores credit from paid invoices or rare super-admin adjustments. This credit can be used for:

• TCP Exchanges & Refunds (formerly Booking Management) service subscriptions (currently the primary use case)

• Future applications and services as they become available

Applications Funds

Shows each service's marketing credits and subscription balances, including:

• Marketing credits (promotional funds with expiration dates)

• Subscription balances for specific applications

Credit Transfer

Instantly transfer credit to another organization's marketing wallet:

• Source wallet can be your Organization wallet or any Marketing wallet

• Accessible by:

  • Organization wallet transfers: Country Admins and Root Admins

  • Marketing wallet transfers: Organization Admins

• No limits or approvals required - transfers are instant
